I have finally finished my Elephant and i love him the fabric i dyed looks blue here but its turquoise! its a Stef Francis design but i gave it my own touch!.
Not sure whether to put him on a cushion or in a frame? xx
Oh Jensters.... I just love him... love the colours, you definitely caught the essence of the theme. I love some of the simple stitchery along with it because it makes the little guy stand out, and I love your more "fancy" stitchery too. The little mirrors (sorry can't remember the right name) just add that special touch! Great job! I'd go with a frame, or maybe even on a tote... let the world see it. Hugs.
Jennie, this turned out well. I think the very firt photo you showed us is probably more true to the colour you've described. It's a great fun piece and would make an excellent framed piece. Great surface stitching, and you did really well on your Sisha attacments.
Oh Jennie, this is stunning ... I think I would have to frame this one (behind glass) so nobody could put their grubby hands on that beautiful work ... you rock at this stitching thing !!
