my bag made in the textile course.

It was a great course with a wonderful Teacher.....the panel on the front was done mostly with free machine embroidery i did a little with the embellisher......for the bottom photo which is the inside we had to die calico and make a stencil and then print it on.....i loved this......the only thing was the front of the bag we also had to die and mine was lovely as i had made waves.....but the die was not fixed so i had to change it quick......

.....so because of this i dont really like it! :-(

  1. Oh Jennie,
This came out so great. I would love to swim in your sea with all the shells and lovely waves. The shells add such a great touch! xox

  3. Oh Jensters, you are your own worst enemy. This is great. The 'outside' looks wonderful, your dyeing and free-machining is really cool. Love the stencilled shell, and it also has possibilities for the future no doubt. Thanks for getting this onto the blog for our enjoyment.

  5. Jensters... this is adorable, so bright and cheery, I love the little sea scene. Very frustrating when things don't turn out the way we hoped, but it is still wonderful and appreciated by all of us who don't dabble in this form of art... good job!
