REDUNDACY.....

......Well its finally happened after a two year wait!!!! I have now been made Redundant and my last day of work is next Tuesday......Our boss from London come up yesterday to hand my letter to me and i could have gone yesterday but need to sort my desk out.....our offical last day is next Friday the 20th.........most went yesterday after having a year of hardly doing anything.....but my friend Teen is leaving Tuesday too so are going for a meal after...i am getting six months pay in lieu of notice and i think im gonna take a month off before looking for anything else after the month ive had i need a rest.

I really cant wait to post some stitching stuff instead of all my Doom and Gloom, but thanks for listening xx

    I am off to exercise!!he he. Chocs yesterday and High Tea coming up Sunday...Lost 10 kilos since last year.Feels SO good to be lighter. Can't slip back now!!

Think positive, and sew sew sew....what is the job market like and what sort of work do you do. ...anyway you know you have lots of friends here who will be thinking of you...have some fun for a couple of weeks...sleep in! go for drives...So long as you haven't forgotten how to relax all will be well.

  6. Sounds like you are happy about leaving this job, so good things must be on the horizon for you. Trust you heart, and what you need will come. You deserve a break after all you have been going through trying to get Robbie squared away. Hope you have found a solution to fixing the seat on his chair.   7. Redundancy = New Beginning! I just left my job recently too, and decided to take the summer off! I am so much happier and I am not looking for new work yet. I'm just taking it slow... Luckily my husband's business is booming and I have that luxury. I hope you are in the same boat. Enjoy this time off!

  11. Job situaton is not great here at the moment...not sure i want to work in an office again, well not yet anyhow....dont laugh i have sent a cv into Hobby Craft as we have a store opening in October...but its half the pay :-( thats more the trouble as i was on good money.
